Providing a positive place to belong for teens in a not-so-positive world... Through Bible studies, devotionals, worship, entertainment, retreats, sports, and a variety of activities... Here is our Mission Statement :
Our aim through our Riverside Teen Ministry is to EXALT God, to provide a place to BELONG, as we REACH our world with love, and to learn to SERVE others by becoming COMMITTED DISCIPLES of Jesus while seeking to “GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”

UPCOMING EVENTS 

This Saturday the youth group will be attending the Jennings Youth Rally. The theme is "Are You An Alien?". The guest speaker is Patrick Mead. The youth will leave the church building at 7:30 a.m. and return at 8 p.m.

On Wednesday, Feb. 8th the director of the Opelousas Lighthouse Mission will speak to the youth group about the work that they do. This is to give them information and insight to "A Night on the Town" where the youth sleep in a box for a night to help raise money and awareness for the homeless.

The youth will go to visit Garland LeBlanc on Sunday, Feb. 26th at YCP. They will leave the church building at 5:30 a.m. and return around 6 p.m.

Mar. 9              A Night on the Town-The director of Opelousas Lighthouse Mission will be joining us on Feb. 8th to talk to us about the work they do. Make plans to come that Wednesday night!
