Children

Riverside Church of Christ offers a Children's Bible Hour during the regular worship period. Your children, ages three through Kindergarten, can participate in our children's worship including spirit-filled songs, prayers, and Bible lessons taught using video, puppets, skits and other media to hold young children's attention while teaching Bible truths. Come and be a part of this exciting program.

As you know, children are the future of today’s church, so we are bringing our children up to know God and to be servants of His. Our K.I.C.K.S. (Kids In Christ Keep Serving) ministry is designed to implement those ideas into our Kindergarten through sixth graders. The KICKS kids get together and learn how to be good friends to one another as well as to those in our community. They participate in a variety of service projects that teach them to have a servant’s heart and attitude. The service projects serve those in our community and those in our congregation that need help. Some past service projects have been yard work for the elderly of our congregation, a free car wash for the congregation and the community, serving at St. Joseph’s Diner, and creating Easter baskets for children in local shelters. The ministry is parent-driven and participation is the key to success.
